Apple Orchard Saturday!

We actually drove to two apple orchards....this is the drive to the first one!
The trees were definitely at peak colors, it was like driving through a rainbow!
Tom heard this place was really good to go to....we were not impressed.
It was small and packed and the apples were all small, like they came off your backyard tree.
Some people might like that, but we decided to go to our usual apple orchard where...

There were a ton of pumpkins....(but we couldn't get the baby to look and smile!)
The kiddos too, this was the best shot....
Ballerina Rosie had a good friend with for the day, and she sure smiled great!
Pumpkins in the van...
They had beautiful flowers everywhere!
(including a flower garden...but I didn't get many pictures of that)
Roosters and hens, they were so fun to watch!

Baby in the flower park
Apples for dessert!
I didn't even get good apple or apple tree pictures...or hay ride pictures....
Oh, well...It was a great day!
We've had perfect fall weather here in MN and we've been out a lot!
Soon, those winter winds will come along with winter temps and dare I say it?
snow....
(I think if you click on some of the pictures, you can see the colors much bigger and closer)

  2. These photos were just perfect! They captured well fall in MN and the gorgeous weather and colors we're a part of. We're enjoying the days here too, because yes, soon enough it will turn colder and the inevitable winter will come :)

  4. We went to the pumpkin patch on Saturday and I took about a zillion pictures, too, trying to get one where all four kids are smiling and looking! (Check out my Wordless Wednesday post to see if I was successful! LOL)

We're having a perfect autumn here in North Dakota, too (although it already snowed once -- in the middle of September!).
