Art

Here's my big girl!
She actually only likes to either just hold the crayons like this or eat them, but we keep trying!
First up, I know I've posted this before, but here it is again!
I think this is a Jamie original because I've been making these since I was a kid.
This is our design coloring, where you make a design that covers the whole paper with a black crayon and fill it in with different colors.
It's also beautiful if you water paint some of the spots and crayon some.

Group coloring.
A Jamie original (I made it up)
I used to do this one when I did daycare, it's fun to do with several children.
Each child starts with a piece of paper and draws one thing and then passes it to the next person, who adds one thing and so on and so on.
You never know where the picture might take you.
Here's a sample, Babycakes started with grass, then I added the tree trunk, then Mary Hannah added the leaves, etc....

  1. Fun art projects! I will have to remember these when my children ask to do something arts-and-crafty =)

Oh and I admire what you come up with (and how often you do them!) Projects don't have to be complicated to be fun and "successful," do they?!
