I love this picture. If only more girls would go to the Birthline Clinic or somewhere else where they show you these pictures and teach you about life in the womb.... Thanks for inviting me to the prayer hour at Planned Parenthood. My heart will be there with you all. If I had planned for it a week ago I'd be fine, but today is too overwhelming for me to go anywhere.
[Today is the FIRST day I've felt good and I have A LOT of catching up to do, cleaning to do, Bible Study tonight, my mom's coming tomorrow, bowling tomorrow, review and testing to do today and tomorrow. Now I found out Tom's working on Saturday. That was the end of it for me when I began to cry. Whew.]
I seriously don't know how you do all you do in a day. You are certainly blessed with an awesome gift. You are a good example of what I wish I could do.
I certainly do not accomplish what I'd like to every day that's for sure!!! BUT I do accept that I can only do what I can and that's enough.
If you could see my house right now, floor full of crumbs from yesterday and probably the day before that, dishes waiting from yesterday, laundry piling up, no schooling done today (because of dentist appts, speech and Planned Parenthood vigil, now cleaning *the above stuff* to get ready for book club tonight in my home)...oh, and what to make for supper....
Would any of you pregnant ladies or ladies hoping to concieve someday (like me) like a St. Gianna prayer card? She is a wonderful saint to seek intercession to for the blessing of a baby, during pregnancy for the good health of the mother to be and baby, and in the vocation of motherhood and wife? I will be more than happy to send you one.
I just recieved a very encouraging and wonderful email today from a lady who gave out St. Gianna prayer cards to five friends and four of them concieved! Maybe if I keep praying the rosary and ask for St. Gianna's intercession, she can help me too even though the doctor said I have a very low chance of pregnancy due to my age and endometriosis? Maybe you could pray for me too?
Please know that I am praying for all of you too. I know nothing is impossible with God! Maybe he has a miracle in store for me too (a baby or the adoption of a needy child?)?
Meanwhile, I am enjoying visiting your blogs and want to encourage you wonderful Catholic Moms to please continue blogging! Your blogs always brighten up my day! Thank you so much!

P.S. Jaime, maybe I could snail mail you some more St. Gianna cards and you could pass them out to your friends in MN when you see them? Would that be okay??
I, too, would love to come over and help you with anything. But, something tells me that even though I am not pregnant your house is probably still cleaner than mine!
I would also like to hear what you are reading in your book club. I have two book clubs this month and am reading, "The Book Thief" and "Three Cups of Tea." Both are great so far.
Keep praying, hanging in there, and growing that beautiful baby!
I would like to encourage anybody trying to conceive and not having any success (like me)to try praying the rosary. I was feeling a little sad about not being able to conceive, but then I grabbed my rosary and prayed. Now I feel much better!! Praying the rosary *is* the solution! It just gives me a lot of comfort and peace when I pray it. I can't really explain it. But when I was single all those years and prayed the rosary it really helped me then too. I have God,the Blessed Mother, and the rosary to thank for helping my hubby find me on the Catholic singles website we met on - yes, he wrote me first!
I have also heard going to adoration helps too. I am going to talk to hubby about us going once a week!!
I also prayed for all of you who are pregnant, your unborn babies, and your families. I will continue to pray for you all!

P.S. If anybody is willing, I'd love to hear how the rosary helped or encouraged you in some way. Feel free to stop by my blog and leave a comment! Maybe we can help encourage others to pray the rosary? :)
absolutely precious......

Jaime, if I lived anywhere near you I would LOVE to come over and clean your house for you!
ReplyDeleteYou belong to a book club? What book are you reading? I would be very interested in hearing!
All your babies are miracles from God! You are so blessed!
You, your unborn baby, and family are in my thoughts and prayers.
