He's 43 and I am.....41 (that sounds so old) I was just starting to like 40.
Tonight we are going out, without the kiddos.
My good friend Susie is going to watch my 5, with her 5. (she's an angel)
Out to dinner and on to the Grand Opening of a new store in town.
With birthdays, school starting, painting, (or the goal of painting) and baby sleeping through the night!
I just have not had time to blog about any of it.
Life happens.
Thank You God for this man You've prepared for me.
Thank You for this life You've given me.
It is a life truly blessed.

I am such a scatter brain this week. Your birthday is on my calendar - which I have not looked at. You are always remembering these kind of things - so I feel SO bad! Hope I will see you at soccer so I can give you a birthday hug! God bless and best wishes to my old fart friend! J/K
ReplyDeleteHappy Belated Birthday! Life has been about the same here ... no time to read or write/blog. Glad you & hubby were able to get away for your birthdays. The forties ARE NOT that big a deal, though. At least not to me. I guess the kids keep me younger - at least in spirit!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry for my belated birthday greetings! These first few weeks back to school have been a blur for my addled brain, like, when I called to make Anthony's 15-month appt. and she asked, "When does he turn 15 months?" and I replied, "Oh, he's been 15 mos. for a while now!"
ReplyDeleteYou see?
God's richest blessings be upon you and your beautiful family. Have a wonderful 41st year!
PS. I will always be older. :)
