Update Thank You

Thank you so very much for your beautiful prayers and comments!
Simeon did fine.
It was about an hour surgery
and about 2-3 hours in the recovery area.
It was odd and so very nice at the same time to actually
go home on the same day!
His eyes are very sensitive and draining a little blood
as is his nose, as the doctor sutured the stents into his nose.
So he did need to have the stents put in.
Eventually his eyes will not be watery all the time.
(when the stents come out within a year)
Prayers for all who prayed for my sweet boy, thank you!

  1. I am so glad he came out alright. And I agree no surgery is minor when it involves someone you love! God bless.

  2. SO glad it went ok. I love his superman clothes and Avengers Shirt!!

  3. Amen!
Somehow I missed this...and I am so sorry.
So I shall offer retroactive prayers. : )
    And prayers of thanksgiving.
Happy to see you here, my friend!

  4. He looks great! What a brave little man. Prayers for you all!!!!

  5. I haven't been spending much time in blog land lately, so I didn't know of your little guy's surgery. So glad that all went well. I will pray for his continued recovery. Love to you all from AZ.

  6. So glad things went well!

  7. I love seeing his sweet smile, you've been in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so glad everything went well!

  8. So hard for you both! I'm glad it came out ok and will have comfort in future!

  9. So glad it went smoothly and that you were able to go home the same day! He is such a touch little man!

  10. Wow - wheelchair and balloon! He was livin' large at discharge time! :-)

So happy that it all went well. Like you said, there is no such thing as "minor surgery" when the one they're operating on is your child!
