Ascension Thursday

I'm actually kind of posting early, as we will make these pancakes Sunday the day the Church now celebrates this feast day. I grew up calling it "Ascension Thursday" though, so I must post today! Maybe we will make the Cloud dessert for supper dessert Sunday like last year, I have the recipe also in my Kraft Foods Magazine from last year. We also plan to do bubbles and drink some kind of bubbly drink and make a craft using blue paper and white paint. All symbolizing Jesus Ascending into Heaven. We might try this recipe for today to celebrate a little today.
