1 cup frozen mixed berries (I use the frozen berry mix from Sam's Club)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 container of Yoplait Harvest Peach yogurt (6oz container)
1 banana
mix and enjoy!
Double if sharing! (It would be 5 Weight Watcher points, if interested)

Diet 7-up
Frozen Strawberries
Sweet and Low, if desired to taste
mix and enjoy! (Delicious in the Summer or for company, it can make a lot and everyone is amazed at how good so few ingredients can taste.)

Just this past Sunday we made a trip to Sam's club and I saw the big bag of strawberries and I said to the kids Lets make Jamies famous summer slurpy strawberry surprise again! You told me about that drink last year and we love it. Funny to find it today on your blog! Your blog reminds me of summer - so bright and colorful!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE smoothies. That sounds yummy. I pretty much dump any combination of frozen fruit, yogurt, juice, and bananas into the blender and something good usually comes out. (Although, I did try kiwis once and the kids didn't like the seeds in it.) I will have to try this one. Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteI am ashamed to admit I have a smoothie machine and have only made a half dozen or so. I really like them-it seems when I'm in the mood, I don't have the ingredients.
