Ok, I was messing around last night after my Holy Hour. This is what happens when you drink a Diet Pepsi Max at 10pm. What do you think, Old pink? Or New Brown Seasonal?
I have been posting a little more on my private blog....This was fun, I might have to change a few things there too! I also labeled my recipes (finally) on my cooking blog! Now I just have to figure out how to get those labels on the sidebar...oh, and get some more recipes up there!
I saw that you were up late! Of course, me seeing you meant that I was up later than normal, too. I couldn't blame pop this time, though.
ReplyDeleteI like the seasonal colors. When you figure out how to get labels on your sidebar, let me know. That would be useful.
How do you just get the plain colour background?
ReplyDeleteLove the new look, you know. I love that you changed it up.
Blessings,
Sarah
JOT- Go to "templates" and thee you can pick templates and sample what your blog will look like, click on the different colors under each template and it just gives you the sample, it doesn't change it until you put "save changes"
ReplyDeleteIt was fun!
To add labels: go to the "layout" tab, then "page elements." Where you see "Add a gadget" that is what you click to add things to the side of your blogsite, such as labels, pictures, text, and other widgets. If you still cant find it, call me!
ReplyDeleteFor your comment moderation, if you select "always" for comment moderation, it will give you a place for your email address. Otherwise at the bottom of the "Comments" link under the "settings" tab - is a place for your email labeled "Comment Notifications." That was the only spot I could find.
Hope that helps!?
PS - I like the new look better! Of course autumn is my favorite time of year!
I love autumn colors (and pink so happens to be my least favorite color)... so I vote for the new look.
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great! I've been meaning to change mine up for awhile, and just have not been able to find the time...
ReplyDeleteI like the new set up. Very fall-ish! And I loves autumn leaves. There is just something so beautiful about them. A cooking blog! Whoo hoo!
ReplyDeleteGreat header photo. That one red leaf in the middle makes a statement. I love fall, so I'm all for fall-themed anything!
ReplyDeleteHope all is well. :)
I like the seasonal approach! Nice fall picture. I still haven't found anything colorful around my house yet to add to my header.
ReplyDeleteAs for the fudgy mint recipe I had, it is much more like a brownie than fudge, but still delicious! I'm not sure why they call it fudgy. Hope that helps.
God Bless!
Looks great, Jamie!
ReplyDeleteI will give you a call sometime today or tomorrow. Your cake looked delicious!
Love and prayers,
Sarah
