Almost Wordless Wednesday-Work Those Abs!

The girl will not lay flat. Ever. It's funny, because we will sit her up then and she will stiffen her legs and lay back and do it again.

  1. I know this might sound funny, and boy would I love to have abs like that (especially after 7 kids) but do you have a chiropractor you could take her to? One that likes to adjust small children? My son would never lay flat, either, and oh how I wish I had taken him to one when he was that little. Just something to think about.
    God Bless.

  2. Laura- (I emailed but not sure it it took, it said it was sent somewhere else!)

We have done chiropractic care in the past, but not yet with Sweetie Pie, but we do do that hanging upside down thingy to her.

I was exagerating a little bit, she does lay flat sometimes, but this past week, she constantly wants to scrunch up to try to sit up!

    Thanks so much, God bless

  4. Therese, you lay them in front of you, head closest to you, legs out away from you, grab their butt and hips at the same time, with both hands and lift them up, upside down, they will arch their backs and usually laugh! It is good for their backs and little bodies. When they get bigger, like 2 years, you can pick them up by the ankles. Supposedly hanging upside down and jumping on beds, trampolines, etc is very good for kids' backs...

  5. Oh, yeah, don't do this in front of the bigger kids, as they will want to try to lift them in the same way...no no!! (not that I know this or anything...)

  6. That's so funny. I too wish I could that do that several times a day. Well I can, I just choose not to.
Love all the pics. And the laundry....it's a terrible monster that lurks in every home and just won't go away. I try to embrass my monster and just go with it.

  7. Haha! I just love this. I'm always wondering how they do the things they do :-)
