Thankful for girls who love scarves....
Thankful for that same girl and all the hair she was born with, I was reminded of that
this past week when Thankfully, I "met" this beautiful blogger!
(Rosie is 10 mos on the left and 2 months on the right!)
Thankful for Grandma kisses...
and boys doing dishes...
Thankful for boys who help shovel
Jedi's friend came over yesterday and these boys got this almost foot of heavy, wet snow
shoveled in about 20 minutes!
Way to go boys!!!
So Thankful for chubby pink cheeks!
Thankful for kiddos who love the snow!
and Thankful it's March, which means the snow will not be here long...
as fun as it is to play in...I'm just as excited to see it go away!
Thankful for girls who love to sing, it's never quiet around here,
Thankful Valerie posted this song for us to sing!
Jamie...Thankful for a listening ear...you always bring joy to me when you take time to listen.
ReplyDeleteLub those two little ones all worn out. Mama needs to be in the middle snoozing too!
Way to go to the two boys who moved all that snow. It was heavy. Zach is old enough to use the 4wheeler and plow.
You are so lucky to have a little girl who can sing.
That was beautiful.
I cannot sing. Colette cannot sing. Oh well...God gave us other gifts...I hope!
Awwwwwwwwww!!!!! So much pure cuteness! And tlook at those dimples on Simeon- he is going to be a heart breaker! And I loved looking at your snow. It's about 90 here today and really humid. Would love a little snow right about now.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! Simeon has such a cute smile and Charlotte says way to go on the singing:)
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures - such cuties!!!
ReplyDeleteAfter digging out our snow here in the Northeast, I'm so glad you reminded me that it won't last! Yeah!
Those are all such adorable pictures!!
ReplyDeleteSo much to be thankful for!

ReplyDeleteI also meant to say that I love the song. She has a beautiful voice!
ReplyDeleteTell that sweet thang that I really enjoyed the song a lot and hope she will bless us again sometime soon.
ReplyDeleteI went over to your new friends site and they look so happy with their baby and you can tell that is a home of love. As always I really enjoyed seeing all the wonderful pictures of your precious kiddos. Have a great evening and sweet dreams
Odie
Again, I love your upbeat attitude and your commitment to remembering all the many blessings God has sent you! The children are adorable.
ReplyDeleteAwww! Thanks for the "shout out" Jamie Jo. I'm so glad to have met you too! "Thankful" for it! Your "thankful Thursday" made me smile.
ReplyDeleteUgh... that Simeon. I'm in love already.
You captured some great sleeping baby photos! That's amazing that your daughter practically slept sitting up. I never had any who would just pass out like that. I think I'd feel the same way about snow! Always such a joy to read your thankful posts. Mostly because your gratitude is so infectious! Thank you, as always:)
ReplyDeleteEvery time your blog page opens on my computer I just smile at all those beautiful smiling faces looking back at me :)
ReplyDeleteGreat sleeping photos...two down at once? Way to go Mama!
BEAUTIFUL Thankful Thursday post!!! Your pictures are all so precious...as are your kiddos! And what a little singer you have on your hands...she's got some great potential and a future as a cantor!
ReplyDeleteChristine--I always love talking to you! Wish I had time to snooze...
ReplyDeleteYou have wonderful gifts!!
Shelly--90 degrees? Wow, can't even imagine right now....I can dream though--I love summer!! Yes, Simeon has a wonderful dimples!!
Amanda--Yes, she loves to sing!
LuAnne--We have 50 degrees coming Tuesday--bye bye snow!!
Tina--Thank you!
Gardenia---He's not doing dishes to be helpful...it's his job this week, they are on a rotating schedule! haha!! (at least he was smiling!) We just hung those hooks, they are in the office, we kind of decided to turn the office into a 1/2 mud room, putting hooks up and a big rug in there....now no more coats all over the floor!
Odie--Thank you--you are always so sweet to me!
Bridget--I have to remember these little things, otherwise it's too easy to complain about so much!!
Marijanna--Thank you! I'm in love with him too!
Tiffany-- Do you guys get snow? I am sure enjoying this mild winter we've had this winter in MN, I'd take this any year! My sitting sleeper, sits next to me, and plays with my hair and falls asleep, when she's asleep, I lay her on that arm of the chair...she's outgrowing her nap, yet still needs it!!
Patty--2 down at once, doesn't last long, that's for sure!!
Valerie--Yes, she should definetely be in a church choir for sure--our church youth choir starts at grade 7, she's in 4th grade and it's killing her to wait!
Jamie, you are so blessed to be a Mama! All six of your children are absolutely beautiful! Simeon is so adorable - love his little smile! Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!
ReplyDeletePS. If I was able to have children, I'd want to be a Catholic Mama just like you!
P.S.S. You "Met" my friends Marijanna and Shaun? I know them in person! She and her husband and my husband and I belong to the same Franciscan Order! They are the nicest people! Their daughter is adorable - just like your Simeon!!
I am thinking of turning my blog into an adoption (I am still trying to figure out how to afford an adoption!)blog. I still hope and pray to be able to have a child of our own, but I doubt it's going to happen. It pains me there are so many people who are fertile who abort their babies - wish they would let me adopt their babies!
I will pray for Simeon and his upcoming surgery - you can count on my prayers!
Much love and hugs to you!
MT--You could just start the process of adoption, there's alot of paperwork and home study stuff and by the time you need the money, maybe it will all fall into place!
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear from you again, God bless you! (I think of you often)
